Emergency Towing

In the event of a breakdown or accident which causing immobilization of the Client Vehicle, the company will arrange to tow or transport the Client Vehicle to the nearest repair shop or the client home address (according to the client choice).

Removal Vehicles

If while traveling on ordinary roads, the Covered Vehicle were to be unable to move by its own means due to overturning or falling down a slope, the Company will arrange its removal.

Battery Charging

If the Covered Vehicle does not start due to the battery being discharged, the company will take care sending a technical to recharge it temporarily to be able to start up the car in that time, or to start up the car using external battery.

Fuel delivery

If the Covered Vehicle runs out of fuel, the Client may require the company to provide up to an agreed number of liters (according to the maximum quantity could be transmitted safely) ,

Tire replacement

If the Covered Vehicle has a punctured tire, the company will take care of sending a person to replace it for the spare. All the supply of parts or replacement elements, materials in general are included in this coverage subject to the limits .

Transport of Passengers

In case of road traffic accident or breakdown, causing immobilization to the client’s vehicle, the company will take in charge transporting the passengers (up to 4 persons) to the destination chosen by the client

License renewing

The company could renew the license of the vehicle on behalf of the client without any additional expenses or perquisite, with the commitment of the customer to pay all expenses (receipts) with the value of irregularities

Door To Door

When the client needs to make the regular services for his vehicle (up to 3 times a year), the company provides a professional driver receive the client’s car from his home or his office, to do the regular service or maintenance on behalf of the client. In the authorized service centers subject to valid insurance coverage for this car .
